HOW TO MASTER: RIFFS, RUNS & ADLIBS

Vocal riffs, runs, and embellishments are melodic notes added by the singer to enhance the expression and emotional intensity of the song. In this course I am going to teach you how to riff, run, work on expanding your embellishment vocabulary and enhance your vocal agility. In this vocal training course we will start off by mastering the Pentatonic scale. A soulful and impactful collection of notes used frequently in the vocal performances of some of the best singers in the world. Each exercise is designed to help you master this vocal technique safely and effectively. You will first, slowly learn the notes of the riff, run or ad lib sequence… then we will speed up each exercise allowing you to achieve the enhanced vocal agility you need to sing the riff in any given song.

The course comes complete with comprehensive theory lessons, audio demonstrations and practical exercise.
