What can I expect from lessons?

​

Lessons can be conducted online on a one-to-one basis or as a group. If you encounter difficulties outside of your private lessons, the Singercise Online School is a fun and interactive video training tool that will help you in your practice throughout the week.

​

How can I get the most out of my 1-2-1 lesson?

​

- Please use a laptop/desktop PC for the session with good wifi connectivity
- Please also have your mobile phone to hand
- Water is advisable (warm or room temperature)
- Ensure you are in a well-lit space, where you are free to sing openly and freely
- You do not need headphones for the lesson
- Please ensure you are on time for your session. Late arrivals will not mean recouped lesson time.
- Please prepare any questions you may have ahead of the session

Do you do home lessons?

​

Unfortunately not. However, if you are a recording artist who needs assistance whilst recording your vocals, whilst on tour or songwriting in the studio just let us know and we will arrange on-site assistance to be there with you at an extra charge. 

Our online lessons are an equally powerful tool for vocal advancement allowing you to reach your vocal goals from the comfort of your own home.

 

How long should lessons be and how regularly do I need them?

​

Lessons are typically 30 - 60 minutes long. When it comes to vocal advancement consistency really is key, we help make that consistent training as enjoyable, effective, and rewarding a process for you as possible. If you are not able to have consistent 1-2-1 lessons with your coach, DON'T WORRY the Singercise Online School is a fun and interactive video training tool that will give you vocal lessons as often as you would like.

 

Who will be teaching me?

We currently have a team of very competent vocal coaches some of whom are also award-winning singer/songwriters who have experience performing on stages across the world.

 

Where are the lessons held?

​

Coaching lessons are held anywhere in the world, this is the beauty of online coaching. We have taught singers from America, Africa, Europe and even Australia! All of our personal coaching sessions are held via zoom. 

 

Do you do online teaching?

 

Yes, we have taught thousands of students online in places as widespread as America, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, London, Ireland, Newcastle and Birmingham.

 

Are online lessons effective?

​

Absolutely! A lot of our very busy and high profile clients prefer online lessons as it fits incredibly well into their varied schedules. Plus you get to improve in the comfort of your own home which many people find highly advantageous. We believe online lessons are a very powerful and effective tool for vocal advancement.

 

How long do I need to take lessons to see results?

​

Results are directly linked to personal practice. We will give you all the tools in your lessons to ensure that you are practicing great vocal techniques. Naturally, the more you practice these techniques the quicker you will find that you are achieving your desired sound. Commit yourself for a minimum of 3 months, where you practice at least 3 times a week with the use of our Online School, Live Seminars or 1-2-1 Coaching and you'll be amazed at the results.

Do you have links with record labels and management companies?

​

We are linked with a number of management and label houses and are happy to forward and refer talent that we think is ready to go to the next level. Many of the people we have referred have gone on to be signed by major labels and have even been nominated for MOBO & Urban Music Awards.

 

Do you help people who do not want to be professional singers?

​

Absolutely, many people who come for lessons may not have the desire to pursue careers as singers but simply have a desire for self-advancement. Singing lessons and performance training are also great tools for building self-esteem and personal self-confidence.

What is the Singercise Online School?

​

The Singercise Online School is an exceptional learning tool that offers you vocal lessons and motivational seminars WHENEVER YOU WANT THEM! Loaded with 15+ online video courses 100+ singing video tutorials and much more, this fun and interactive learning is presented by award-winning Recording Artist and Celebrity Vocal Coach, Rachel Kerr who teaches you all the secret tricks and tips to a powerful singing voice.

When Do Lessons expire?

When subscription payments are no longer received. Lessons and services will be considered as forfeited when subscription payments fail or are cancelled.

When Can I book my 1-2-1 Lessons?

Immediately subject to coach availability. You will be recieve an emailled link to book your lessons once you have paid. If you have any problems receiving this link please contact us at info@singercise.net

How do I cancel my subscription?

It is solely your responsibility to cancel your online service subscriptions. This can be done via your online account. Singercise reserves the legal right not to reimburse or refund delayed cancellations. Please find detailed text instructions on how to cancel below:

1. Go to www.singerciseonline.com

2. Click "Login" and sign in with your username and password.

3. Go to your account settings also seen via the head icon at the top right corner.

4. Click on "Manage subscription"

5. Under the "Actions" tab click "Cancel" as shown.

6. Once you observe the following confirmation below ONLY then has your subscription been canceled and you will no longer be charged further from this date.

"This subscription has been canceled and will terminate at the end of your current billing period (date). You will not be billed again"

What happens If I miss a seminar or scheduled lessons?

If you have missed a seminar or lesson without 48 hours pre-notification, unfortunately, we will not be able to reschedule your service without a new payment (if you paid for that individual session). If you are however a member of the Online School you will be able to access a replay of our live seminars via the "live seminar replays" course. If you are a subscribing student please give 48 hours pre-notification to avoid forfeiting your lesson slot.

*We require that you be in agreement with our terms and conditions before payment. Payment will count as your agreeing to our terms and conditions of service.

• Lessons last a minimum of 30 - 60 minutes depending on your package subscription.

• Please note that we strictly do not offer refunds once funds have been paid. As a subscribing student you may however cancel and re-start your subscription whenever you wish.

• It is your responsibility to cancel your online service subscriptions. This can be done via your online account. Singercise will not reimburse or refund in the event of delayed subscription cancellations.

• Should you wish for lessons to be held elsewhere, this may be arranged at an extra charge.

• Payment will be taken to confirm/book your lesson.

• Late arrivals will not result in recouped time. Please plan your journey carefully and ensure a solid wifi connection to ensure you arrive at your scheduled online lesson on time.

• Any unused lessons or services within your program duration will be forfeited once your program duration term has expired.

• 1-2-1 Lesson cancellations and reschedule requests must be notified 48 hours in writing before the most recently confirmed scheduled lesson, or you will forfeit the fee of your lesson without further notification.

• Unused/unretreived lessons will be forfeited immediately until your next 1-2-1 lesson instalment, this is fully subject to Singercise's discretion.

• Lessons on the legacy plans (booked pre-2020) are to be used before the stated expiry or will be lost (3 months from the payment date). This is strictly enforced to ensure progress.

• As travelling professionals, some of your vocal tutors will require lesson flexibility according to their schedules.

• Results are directly linked with personal practice.

• If you have missed a live seminar or 1-2-1 lesson without 48 hours of pre-notification, unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse  or reschedule your service without new payment. If your lesson-reschedule falls outside of your paid subscription cycle unfortunately that lesson will be forfeited.

• Live seminars are subject to coach availability.
